How long does a solar installation take?
Most homes take one to two days once the equipment is on site. Larger farm and commercial systems take longer, and we schedule the work around your operations.
Do you install in the Free State?
Yes. We've installed farm systems in Harrismith, Parys and Wolwehoek, and we work across Gauteng, the Free State, North West, Mpumalanga and Limpopo.
Do you help with municipal and Eskom registration?
Yes. Grid-tied systems usually need to be registered with your municipality, or with Eskom if Eskom supplies you directly, and we guide you through it. Every installation comes with a Certificate of Compliance (CoC).
What's included in a solar installation?
Everything from start to finish: a site visit, a custom design, supply of the panels, inverter and batteries, professional installation, a Certificate of Compliance, handover and app setup, and after-sales support.
Do you offer support after installation?
Yes. We stay on hand after handover with monitoring help, maintenance and a team that answers the phone.
Can I start small and add more later?
Yes. We design systems with expansion in mind, so you can start with a backup or hybrid system and add panels or batteries later.
What warranty do you give?
Every system comes with a 25-year linear output warranty on tier-1 panels, 10 years on tier-1 LiFePO4 batteries (Deye, Greenrich, Tesla), 5 years standard on hybrid inverters (extendable), and 5 years on our workmanship.
Which brands do you install?
Every system is built with tier-1 equipment. Panels: Canadian Solar, LONGi, JA Solar and Trina. Inverters: Deye, Solis, Sigenergy, GoodWe, Tesla, Atess and Megarevo. Batteries: Deye, Greenrich and Tesla. We are also an approved installer for Tesla and Sigenergy. See all our accreditations.
